Whether you’ve been selected to participate, or proactively seek, coaching as part of your professional development it’ll provide a series of informed snapshots and insights of how you got to where you are, and decide where you want to go next. Connecting your experiences and comparing with broader market opportunities, and professional knowledge bases, will help you to confidently bridge the gaps and continue establishing roles that improves your performance.

Leadership and Workplace Coaching

Suitable for: Middle and Senior Managers, Leaders

Involves scheduling regular one-on-one time with yourself to work on immediate challenges that’s impacting your performance as a leader/manager in the workplace. Each session is typically driven by the immediate needs affecting how you perform and engage with your team and peers.

Working with me, as your coach, I’ll provide you with a psychological safe space to explore and reflect on past experiences, explore possibilities of how to better manage and lead your team in various situations and be held accountable to your chosen actions that’s part of your immediate Leadership and workplace goals. Sometimes challenges arise in the moment, and outside of our sessions, and I can be available to appropriately provide coaching conversations over WhatsApp or Zoom.

Career Audit

Suitable for: Middle and Senior Managers, Leaders

Involves reviewing and reflecting on your contributions and strengths, and choices and decisions, of various projects that have shaped your career path to date. It’ll provide an opportunity to objectively assess your level of satisfaction and fulfillment in your current role.

Working with me, as your coach, I’ll create a psychological safe space to explore and understand which strengths have contributed to your successes in various projects and how you might like to continue developing them as part of your current, or future roles.

Dissertation Coaching

Suitable for: Masters students

Involves working on and completing a dissertation at a Master levels typically within a short and intense duration.

Working with me, as your coach, I’ll hold a safe space for you to consider the rigor of the argument that you’ve stated as your research question and guide you through the structuring of what’s typically required for an academic thesis. Sometimes challenges arise in the moment, and outside of our sessions, and I can be available to provide coaching conversations over WhatsApp or Zoom.
