Knowledge Creation

Knowledge creation is about making sense of ‘how’ you achieved what you’ve achieved. This is the next step after Knowledge Sharing which explores ‘how’ your mindset, attitude and behaviours are impacting you in your roles and in your organizations. Reflecting on, and understanding concretely, how your contributions have contributed to the various successes, and failures, of different projects will provide you with levels of clarity and confidence to articulate how your personal, as well as professional, knowledge bases will help you to remain competitive in this fast-paced world we now live in and continue working to your longer term goals and aspirations.

Positional and Personal Leadership coaching

Suitable for : Managers and Leaders, Thought Leaders

Involves regular one-on-one time with yourself to work on differentiating how you best use your positional and personal leadership as an authoritative leader in the workplace. It typically involves identifying and understanding your patterns of behaviours and their impacts in your leadership context, and how they have shaped your interactions with others and yourself. Redressing this balance, and finding your meaning that aligns with your potential and performance in your role through your personal leadership will elevate the qualities espoused in your current and future positional roles. Includes or a follow on to Leadership and workplace coaching.

Working with me, as your coach, I’ll provide you with a psychological safe space to explore and reflect on past experiences, and explore those patterns of behaviour that influences your leadership: positional and personal in various situations and be held accountable to your chosen actions that’s part of your longer term Leadership and workplace goals. Sometimes challenges arise in the moment, and outside of our sessions, and I can be available to provide coaching conversations over WhatsApp or Zoom.

Career transitions

Involves one-on-one sessions to re-explore your hidden strengths, reconnect to your confidence and identify how your current or future roles are in alignment with your needs and aspirations. You might choose to take this sessions whilst you’re still in work, or during a career break. Includes or a follow on to Career Audit.

Working with me, as your coach, I’ll create a psychological safe space for you to reflect on past experiences and re-explore your strengths and contributions. We’d also explore your values and aspirations, as well as commitments to yourself, partners and family. Having that clarity and working from your strengths you’ll discover more opportunities to continue developing your career. Mapping personal knowledge base (Continuing Personal and Professional Development)

Suitable for : External Coaches, Internal Coaches, Thought Leaders

Involves one-on-one sessions to continue exploring and articulating your personal knowledge bases with confidence, and identify opportunities for further growth and progress that enables you to work at your best in your profession.

Working with me, as your coach, I’ll hold a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore the edges of your personal knowledge base as you fill out your surfaces of understanding and depth of meaning that works optimally in your area of specialism and expertise. Asking critical questions and sharing, where appropriate, relevant information to support your continued exploration and curiosities from different perspective to support you in building your baseline and potentially towards your framework of service offerings.
