Yvonne Thackray, Executive Coach
Keiko Shinohara is an executive coach, corporate trainer, and career educator. Having studied and worked in Hong Kong, Japan, mainland China, Singapore, and Canada, Keiko is multicultural and multilingual, and delivers coaching and training in English, Japanese, Mandarin, and Cantonese. She has worked with clients of various professional and cultural backgrounds to achieve exceptional results in leadership effectiveness, interpersonal communication, team engagement, and personal management. Previously Keiko worked in hospitality, government, management consulting, and higher education. She has taught at HKUST and City University of Hong Kong.
Yvonne Thackray is an executive coach and peer supervisor, and a practitioner researcher and editor, who has combined her passions through all these roles for the past decade. She works with professionals who are confident, humble and have an empowering mindset in English, and Cantonese. They already know what it takes to get where they are - that is why they are leaders in their various fields and roles. This has enabled Yvonne to work with clients at various levels (front line, middle, senior managers and C-suite) and across various industries from construction to financial services, fitness and fragrance and flavour industry, from education to professional services, tech start-ups and not-for-profits.
